§ 1 Contractual item

These trading conditions are the basis for all supplies and achievements of the contracting party Alina Gordon by C. Wick . Deviating and/or supplementing agreements require the agreement of Alina Gordon by C. Wick as well as writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The contract between the customer and Alina Gordon by C. Wick comes into effect only by an order of the customer and its acceptance by Alina Gordon by C. Wick. The order of the customer takes place via Internet.  Alina Gordon by C. Wick accepts the order by conveying a confirmation (by Mail or letter post) to the customer or supplying the ordered commodity. The automatic E-Mail confirmation of the webshop is not considered as confirmation of order! If two clients order the same item, it will be sent to the one which pays first.

§ 3 Supply and payment

The ordered commodity is supplied by Swiss Post  to your wished ship-to-address (usually against signature). P.o. boxes are not possible. The dispatch takes place as soon as Alina Gordon by C. Wick has received the payment. Please note that once brought to the post  office the risk of a damaged or lost parcel goes to the buyer. If the sending costs are less than what you have paid, there is no possibility to get the difference back. If the sending costs are much more than the flat rate, the difference must be paid.

§ 4 Product representation and description

Alina Gordon by C. Wick is always endeavored to ensure the correctness of the data. Nevertheless the colors of the illustrations can deviate from the colors of the actual articles. The specified dimension are approximately, in case of deviations Alina Gordon by C. Wick can't be pulled for responsibility . If product materials should have been wrongly defined, be it by mistake, false knowledge or wrong declaration of the merchants Alina Gordon by C. Wick cannot be made liable. Mistakes concerning description, price and illustration remain reserving.

§ 5 Complaints and liability

After giving the product to the shipping company the risk of loss or damage goes to the buyer. After receiving the product please examine it immediately for completeness and possible lack. If the supply should not be to your satisfaction, please send a complaint within 14 days after receipt of the product. Please note that Alina Gordon by C. Wick cannot be made liable for lack which developed due to inappropriate use.

§ 6 Return right

If you should not be content with your purchase, you have the right to return the commodity within 14 days after receipt (at own expense). The purchase price is recompensed to you perfectly in form of a credit note for Alina Gordon by C. Wick. This applies only to intact and completely returned commodity (inclusive jewelry bag or box). Please consider that expenses for transportation and handling charge cannot be returned.

§ 7 Data security

Your personal data are treated with extreme privacy and used only for the conclusion of the contract and care of current customer relationship.

§ 8 Place of jurisdiction and applicable right

These trading conditons and the contracts, which are made due to these, are subject of Swiss right under exclusion of the UN right of purchase (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is Olten, Switzerland, for both parties.

§ 9 Mental property

Alina Gordon by  C. Wick reserves all rights for design, text, graphics on this webpage. It is forbidden to copy or use the website or parts of it (in particular the logo, slogan, trade and firm name). For all illustrations, photos and other documents Alina Gordon by C. Wick reserves the property and copyrights.

§ 10 Final clauses

These trading conditions are valid for all purchases in the online-shop. These trading conditions apply in particular also if they should differ from those of the customer. If individual regulations of these trading conditions should be ineffective or become ineffective, that does not affect the legal force of the remaining regulations. Alina Gordon by  C. Wick reserves changes of these general trading conditions.
